Re: The Loaner
You got a loan car???????? OMG, when did you book your car in? April I suspect. I was told it was two months before a loan car was available when trying to book my Macan in for an oil service. Does the Audi pull out of junctions in front of people , cut corners and generally be a nuisance on the roa...

Winter approaches, what preparations will you make?
The nights are getting colder and it won't be long before the contents of half of the salt mines in Cheshire will find their way onto our decaying roads. Before I had the car ceramic coated, I would be out with the DA applying another coat of wax. Now, of course, there is no need. I will be foaming ...

Re: Average age of macan driver?
I'll be 70 on the 28th if anyone wants to send me a card :D Oddly enough, my circle of close friends were discussing this age stuff the other day and we concluded that we don't look or behave like late 60's folk did when we were all in our 20's. I put it down to clean living and agreeing with everyt...

Gorilla glue puncture repair!
One of my neighbours was on his knees at the rear of his GLC coupe Mercedes the other day and I strolled across to see if he was ok. Turns out he was applying Gorilla glue to a slow puncture as he didn't want to use the foam crap stuff supplied. Puncture was in the middle of the tyre, not the sidewa...

Re: Why is it always an Audi?
My take from this is… WTF is the extra 20 bhp button and do I have one?? Comes with sports chrono, Gen2 onwards, button in centre of mode knob on steering wheel I have SC but as far as I am aware pushing the button gives 20 seconds of sports plus mode, not an “extra” 20 bhp?? I knew it had a 20 in ...

Why is it always an Audi?
With respect to any Audi owners on here, I have had three close collisions in the last week or so. Two due to cars cutting corners and I mean barely on the correct side of the road and the other when the A5 pulled out on me at a cross roads halfway along a straight known locally as the 'Mile straigh...

Re: When did the macan get the kick to open feature?
I do miss being able to close the boot using the key as I've had on other cars. First world problems hey?.

Re: Things I didn't know
I have a few £1 coins lost between the seat and the centre armrest that I know are there yet cannot find them. Most of the overhead switch panel functions are still hidden features after six years of ownership, what drongo designs something that any person of normal height cannot see the switch fun...
