Dash Cam installation
Finally decided to buy a dash cam on the basis that the SE said the workshop guys would fit it prior to taking delivery of the car if I purchased the cam and took it in. Consequently I purchased a Qvia AR790 twin cam.Roll on to today and the workshop manager informs me that they can't hard wire the ...

but I just get a good feeling about the professional approach at Manning UK, plus the excess is quite a bit lower than at Admiral... +1 I will be using Manning for my 997 turbo next week. Probably the only insurer I have spoken to that seemed to have a genuine understanding of what was required and...

Wondering whether the Macan was the right choice ?
I've never seen a Macan brochure!
I was given 2 books back in July last year when I made my first enquiry about the Macan. One was the main brochure describing the car and all the options. The other was a thinner version detailing the tec equipment range I think. Will drag it out and have a look.

Thanks, guys. Rigger: You're correct; it's Tewkesbury. There were quite a few Macans in the compound. Which one is yours? Mine is the stealth GTS in VG. Stealthy in that it doesn't look like a GTS as it doesn't have black wheels...... at the moment Oh and I have roof rails........ but not reall...

If you can't stretch to a GTS go for the S as I am sure you wouldn't be disappointed. It's only 20bhp difference after all. I started looking for an S but in the end I went for the GTS based on the delivery times. The power levels didn't seem particularly significant in my view. But I did end up goi...

"Maybe if you tick the box that says mileage = 5,000+, they're not interested...?"Found this with Manning the other day. Excellent quote on the 911 turbo, agreed value, track days, choose your own repairer etc etc, 2000miles for £280 a year. But they admitted they couldn't be competitive on the Maca...

Direct Line has quoted me £280 for the year..... doesn't compare with the £700+ quote I got from NFU. £400 from Aviva. £380 with Admiral.
