Re: Looking to buy

Can’t comment on the bodywork, but the jump on full lock pulling away is probably anti-ackerman (google it or search on here; well documented) and nothing to be concerned about. anti-ackerman it is. Good to know. Thanks. On the Audi R8 it was more pronounced that in the Porsche almost felt like it ...

Re: Snow foam recommendations

Any recommendations of which cleaning products I should be using on my new car? Bilt Hamber Auto Foam for me. There's a U Tube channel - 'Forensic Detailing' - Jon has produced many videos on products, technique and general car care, well worth a look if you want to care for your car. He can be a b...

Re: Panamera E-Hybrid Loaner

Interesting, Dandock. Plainly needs to be plugged in overnight to get the best out of it. When I had my Panny e-Hybrid (Gen1 Mk2), I charged it every day at home, at some places I visited there would be a Tesla Destination charger. The best I saw was 13 miles est range, whatever the ambient tempera...

Re: Privacy glass - replacement

My pet hate is privacy glass. So, my option is to have the privacy glass replaced with clear glass. I'm almost with you on privacy glass but only with it just on the rear windows. On Macan No2, I ordered clear glass, then had all the glass tinted the same, thus avoiding the 'van' look, and the trim...

Not much, certainly nothing bulky, a few cloths perhaps. Note the Bose sub.

Re: Boot options

Hi does anyone know if with the collapsible spare wheel option selected you can still use the Luggage compartment liner with variable organiser system? Thanks in advance Stephen The wheel and whole kit fits under the boot floor. I fitted it all myself to Macan No 1 and transferred it to Macan No2. ...

Re: WHEEL CORROSION

I have the 21” turbo diamond cuts on my GTS. No sign of stone chips but have corrosion on one rear wheel. The car is only 18 months old. Wheels were gteched. Took to mid sussex and they initially said it would be covered under warranty. Porsche uk however are planning to send an independent body wo...
