I think a preferable option would be a fixed (non-opening) glass roof. I like the pano roof for the extra light in the cabin, but I never open it, so I'd be happy with a fixed roof which would be far simpler and totally reliable. Buy a Discovery! Roof is "totally reliable" only problem is...

I have to say that, having seen pano roof issues reported so continuously throughout my 8 years on this forum, that nothing would persuade me to consider speccing one.
