Earth quake delays!!
I took the Cayenne deal a month ago when they messed up my order, sounds like I made the right choice. This was just before the news about the PCM delays became public, I wonder if some people already knew of the upcoming earthquake related delays?

Tyre and wheel insurance
On previous car, on day six of ownership l got a large screw in the edge of the tyre, worked out at about £1 a mile driven on it for the new tyre. After about 9 months I hit a pothole necessitating a new AMG wheel at £500 + vat and two new tyres (wanted to keep the tyres the same on one axle). So ju...

Pebble interior and keeping clean
I had a merc with light grey leather interior for a couple of years. After about 6 months I noticed the drivers seat was beginning to look a bit discoloured, so a quick spray of some of the wife's Audi leather cleaner and a quick wipe down and as good as new again.

Macan on Top Gear
Just Chris Evans shouting a lot. Daft test with the cocktail in the car, didn't demonstrate anything other than cheats prosper. Would have like a proper sum up at the end with the drivers pushing their car for best. Drop Evans and employ Seasick Steve instead!

Brexit affects on price and delivery
Any thoughts on what an out vote would have on price and delivery over the next few months. My Macan S is due around September. I'm for out, but could be shooting myself in the foot?

Metallic paint or not?
Thanks for all the comments, I know all about black showing the dirt, I've had probably 5 or 6 black cars in the past. I think I'm with the Wing Commander, solid black and LED lights in preference to metallic and xenons.

Metallic paint or not?
I've pretty well decided to choose black, but what's the feeling about the plain black compared to the metallic black. To me it looks "blacker" but are there any dis advantages of non metallic with modern paints. It used to be said that the metallic paints were harder and less likely to suffer from ...

Revision 99z!
Ok, I've commented on others configurations, lock down is approaching, here's mine for comment.PH9ALLH9I like a car that is light inside, hence the pano roof and light coloured leather interior. I won't be taking it on a race track so no big wheels, torque vectoring or launch control. I've tried the...

Sorry folks I just work on the principle that now I'm retired, if I can't pay cash for it, I can't have it, as my pension isn't up to Porsche finance rates!
