I’ve just been told by a resident of Bath that in this part of the town there exist ancient coalshutes. It’s a total fudge, not practical safe or legal. Not seen one such as this before but quite a few running across pavements with the ramp cable protection. Total nightmare for the infirm, child buggies, motorised wheel chairs and any pedestrians at night. Whilst this example does free up most of the...
