Re: Winter tyres
If I could only ever do one ‘mod’ to every future can I own it would be a separate set of winter wheels/tyres. Agreed. Providing you live in a part of the country where sub 7C temperatures are often continuous in the winter months. And that you have to drive when there is snow or ice on untreated r...

A warm welcome Walters to the Porsche family. A very sound decision getting a Gen 2 GTS.
Relatively new ones, with low mileage, are currently fetching more secondhand than they cost new. Just this week I was offered £4k more than I paid for mine 16 months ago! Tempting, but I'm not selling.

Re: Tesla Model 3
I love the performance and the technology of the Tesla. But I cannot see past the awful looks, terrible interior and woeful build quality. I’m not sure I understand the electric car market. Re: Driver memory package
The strongest advice you can have is to thoroughly road test a Macan which has the 8 way seats. Without doubt the most unpleasant test drive of any car ever for me (all makes) was a Macan with 8 way seats, which had a flat back, no support anywhere, hence grossly uncomfortable. Rather than dipping ...

Not so. Have you actually sat in one in standard spec?Sweetmeister wrote: ↑Tue Oct 05, 2021 1:43 pm Not so keen on the plastic dash with the standard interior, looks cheap and nasty to me for the price you pay for the car. For me the leather upgrade for the interior is a must.

Re: Fuel consumption
By definition then the mileometer reading is not 100% accurate either.
