Re: Diesel engine firmware upgrade ?

The only software update that I would be interested in if I still had the SD was one that boosted the power to 330bhp. A Bad Boy Boost Button. Yep, I will sign on for that! As for some performance sapping, emissions improvement mod, that will have you refilling the AdBlue bottle every 200...

Careful you guys; you do realise that when your transfer boxes fail, Porsche GB will trawl these threads, see you are using non Porsche approved equipment and dismiss your warranty claims?

Re: Nice Surprise

I dropped my 4 year old, 16k mile 981 CS last October for £37k, from a new price of £65k! That was as a trade-in and I know it was sold on for £8k more.

It seems the NA Magic is starting to take hold?

Re: Joined the Turbo crew today

My motto, which I haven't always followed and later regretted it, is, 'if in doubt, do nothing'. Blimey! My life would have been very boring if I'd followed that motto! Over the years, I've become more spontaneous, especially with 'big' purchases like cars and houses! With the houses, it work...

Re: No stop/start, no coasting

I must confess, I would be quite pleased if my cars auto stop/start stopped working - save me having to press the darned button, every time I switch on?

Re: Nearly bought a Macan

I recognise that corner! image.jpeg Back on topic, I have clocked up 2000 miles in my SD, a mix of 25-30 mile motorway runs, country lanes and very little traffic and no DPF problems to date. My OPC did say at the time that 6-8k miles PA was a concern to him, but I know my type of driving, so took t...

Re: Build and delivery dates for Macans and 911s (and others) in the next few months

Imagine the chances of blagging a GT3, if they actually carry this out?

It's hard enough on a 40 hour week!
