Sorry to hear the issues. Is there anything on the display in the dash when you lock the car? Beeping when you lock it to tell you that something is open is a pretty 'obvious' sign to the dealer that something is wrong or not.....so it suggests that they did something to stop it that is now occurrin...

Yes, remove the front apron, there are one or two screws and two clips and then it pulls out.

Do you mean the strip lights underneath the headlights? You need to remove the front bumper (or apron as Porsche call it).
Only the side markers can be removed via the front wheel liners.

If you get a chance, look at the MFD when locking the car (through the window) - I suspect it is popping up an error telling you what it thinks is open.
