Yes, I can't figure out why manufacturers don't put an analogue clock in a car these days. Plus, too often the clock on the dash is hidden by the three red rear seat belt indicators. I don't wear a watch so I have to look at the phone to see the time. Grrr!

As long as you wash it off soon enough it should be ok. Pigeon gloop in particular seems to stain fresh paintwork.
