Sport Chrono Package

My view is, you're buying a porsche for its performance/driveability not necessarily for its nice leather interior (of course it does have an excellent interior). If its all about a nice comfortable premium SUV then there are plenty of other options BMW X5, X6, Audi Q5 and dare I say with more kit f...

The Beast (Macan S Diesel) has arrived.

I believe they are covered, I didn't take it out on Macan 1 as I was only going to keep it a few months before Macan 2 arrived and the insurance is non-transferable. I think I will be taking it out on Macan 2! On the other hand gap insurance is transferable between cars.

The Beast (Macan S Diesel) has arrived.

Unlucky David85, if its any consolation I had to replace 2 tyres with nails in them a week after taking delivery of Macan 1 - (21s so cost me £550 for two from OPC).

These things happen - glad you're back on the road!

I'm not sure I agree - have a turbo coming soon and the Sports Chrono was the first thing I specced, I think it was awesome on the test drive - remapping the engine gearbox, suspension - giving it a real raw feel.

I guess it comes down to how much you are going to use it - will be using it for sure!

I know what you mean Jon - its a case of perseverance with Porsche! With mass producing dealers you can't stop them from calling you!

Agree, to add to Jon's list - Xenons are included, bigger wheels. Also remember that quite a lot of the upgrades on the turbo are cheaper - i.e. seat options, Air suspension.I tried to spec a petrol s and turbo to a similar level and found that there was about a 10k difference i.e. 57k vs 67k. So fr...

Agree - give it a go on Autotrader/Pistonheads as I got my money back (list price) doing that. Dealers won't give you anywhere near
