Hi - just double-check it is not coming from plastic panel under dash. This plastic panel is not fixed where it meets bulkhead under steering wheel. The chipex 'system' is very much simplified. I bought the product and it does have everything you would need but the secret is certainly thin layers that you build on and then cut back as required. Take your time and the 'system' is effective and works.

There should not be any wind noise around windscreen but a bit around wing mirrors is normal. No problems around windscreen (never had a replacement) but certainly can here wind noise around wing mirror area above 70mph. I have recently noticed wind noise from the drivers side window area, noticeable from 70mph plus. This may be 'normal' given the size of the mirrors and the general quietness of the car in other areas. Anyone else noticed this??
