Which area of the tread is the puncture? Edge or centre? Is it a nail or screw penetration?

Have you consulted a tyre specialist like ATS Euromater, Kwik Fit, NTA etc?

What make and pattern 19" winter tyres do you have the puncture in?

What year is your Macan? and what mileage?

If it's under a Porsche warranty, then worth getting your OPC to check it.

Over a total of 18,000 miles in 3yrs, my 3.0L SD only needed one (1st) service that included oil+filter change and brake fluid change - all at the 2yr anniversary. That cost £525 in May 2019.
