I’d be interested to know how to remove the tailgate trim in order to run the cable via one of the rubber hoses. My rear camera cable looks a bit crude coming out of the roof liner trim, as there is excess to allow for the tailgate to open fully. I cannot find any obvious way to remove the trim.

I would probably go back to an X5. Brilliant all-rounder.
