IMO Pprsche, JLR and the forthcoming Audis, have radically changed the rules by moving away from the workaday look albeit aimed at a whole different world. Likewise AM but a different world yet again

I'm staying with the Volcano, just cant get my head around the black wheels?May go with the normal spyders?MM I'm in the same boat - Volcano or Sapphire, I will (probably / possibly) be speccing 20" sport designs......so much easier to clean too!+1 Head versus heart re wheels. And Volcano for me!

Sadly manufacturers are basically lazy and its necessity in whatever form that drives change. And consumer panel driven products just play safe eg VWs Golf.

The creation of a new Porsche paint colour is not a quick job. The formula for Volcano grey was signed off in October 2014. Why Porsche cannot produce samples for its OPCs is beyond me.


For the same reason they can't update their website?
