Hi all,

I am going to pick up a Diesel S next week from OPC. Decided to buy there for the warranty and peace of mind.

Car is mint, 2015 with all I wanted on it, in Silver.

Had to let go of my G-wagen for it but it was left hand drive and the wife wouldn't drive it.

I will post photos and contribute as much as possible.

Thanks for reading,.

Congratulations and welcome to the forum.

When collecting your new car, ask them for a copy of the PDI checks - make sure everything is done correctly and tyre tread measurements are what you expect etc. Check the service record and when next service is due before driving away.

Good luck with your collection!

Very good point. I'll email in advance.

I know from Car Connect that the car needs an oil service in Feb 2021. Thoughts on cost at OPC for this? Would using not OPC void the warranty?

To confirm, which detail are you referring to in the image above? The intermediate service, or the oil change? Are they showing as different dates for you?

OK, so you'll get them both done together. I was told to expect around £400 for that on our turbo. I may just get the full service (£800) done a little early as for various reasons ours are just a few months apart.

A warm welcome and a great choice.

Please do check the paperwork and car over carefully before you departure the OPC (unless it's close to your home or work). Ask them if the transfer box has been changed and if there have been any DPF issues recorded.

Which OPC?

Best wishes with your purchase. Enjoy. :)
