Hi everyone! I’ve had my car just over a month now really pleased with it. It’s got a lovely spec. It’s been a while now since I’ve actually owned after leasing so many and the itch to modify keeps creeping up on me. Have any of you guys done any mods? What have you thought of them? Would be grateful to hear your experiences.

Are you under the Porsche extended warranty ?

If so, then be careful what you mod as it won’t take much for Porsche to wiggle out of a warranty claim, or refuse another warranty extension.

If you’re not under warranty then DMS Automotive do a nice remap, if you ever feel underpowered !

What are you trying to achieve by modifying the car? If you're not careful you'll end up with mods costing you dear when you try to sell the car. The Macan Turbo is a fairly awesome machine as built.

I had lots of mods done to my Carrera T. And while I’m enjoying the mods, I’m in two minds as to whether I’d do the same again, if I were to buy another Porsche. It does limit your market when you come to sell or trade in. Obviously some mods are easier to ‘reverse’ than others. :) Interestingly, it seems that in the US, modified Porsches are far more commonplace and ‘accepted’ than they are over here, and there are even some mods that are approved of and/or offered by Porsche Centres over there!

Don’t think this forum is heavily into modifications. For many on here a big mod would be some new teeth 👴🏻😂😂😂
