Hi all,
Over the last 3 months or so I’ve been taking an unhealthy interest in the Macan GTS configurator and have been round the houses with possible specs. I think I’m about ready to place an order and I’ll put up a spec code or two in the appropriate thread.
In the meantime, I was wondering if anyone has either ordered through autoebid to benefit from the £1170 discount they quote, or indeed presented that to a dealer and asked them to match it? Appreciate it’s not a lot in the grand scheme of things but it would cover a couple of more frivolous options!
Also, I’m interested to know if there’s any room for negotiation on the Porsche PCP deals? I know there are cheaper third party options but the additional ballache of bringing another party into the mix is less appealing.
Thanks in advance guys!
Close to placing an order, Mk2 GTS...
Looking forward to seeing the spec.
No harm in asking for a discount or price match!
I haven't been able to get Porsche to move on their PCP rate so I went with Clydesdale Bank when I bought my Macan GTS. You will save lots going elsewhere and it's all very straightforward.

I started with https://www.coast2coastcars.co.uk/ to get 2% (they directed me to an OPC)
I then called around and eventually got 5% from 2 different OPC's on my Macan S.
I placed the order back in June 20 and it was delivered in December 20. (They honoured the discount and the PCP APR rate we had agreed)

Your title for this thread could start a whole new debate. Officially, we are still on the Mk 1 Macan. There have been two facelifts and, rightly or wrongly, on this forum the current versions are known as Gen 3 Macans. One thing is for sure, when you get your GTS it will be one of the last of the petrol engined Macans and a great car.

Peter, this thread started over a year ago, so at that time, Gen 2 was accurate, I think.
Hopefully the OP now has his/her GTS.

That's the problem with re-vitalised threads, old b*****s like me only see the month and miss the fact that the thread started 13 months ago not oneWing Commander wrote: ↑Sun Feb 06, 2022 6:35 pmOn-Track wrote: ↑Sun Feb 06, 2022 10:07 am Your title for this thread could start a whole new debate.
