I am thinking Canada/USA as the foliage is changing colour which it would not in Aus but no doubt I will be proved wrong

The other clue is the reflector on the front wing which would suggest USA. I doubt they'd put all the windscreen labels in front of the driver which would tend to rule out Australia.
