Air or Bose??

Hi folks, I have been skulking in the background for a couple of weeks and soaking up all the advice, opinions and observations and I must say it’s been invaluable as I churn through several hundred iterations on the configurator!
I’m now really close but am in a quandary as I need to choose between air on my Macan S or Bose - not because I’m really sold on either, but because I think (have been led to believe) it will need at least one of these to create resale desirability?
Not sure Bose is £800 better than standard and not sure I will drive hard enough to get benefit of air
Any and all thoughts welcome

neither. PASM is just fine ( and doesn’t give you motion sickness ) and with BOSE you’re effectively paying £800 for some stickers. General feeling is the difference between standard stereo and BOSE is minimal at best and not worth the money. Welcome BTW. you will now get 10 posts stating exactly the opposite view

I would only spend money on options you definitely want for yourself - they all depreciate rapidly.

I’m doubtful you will have any issues selling a car without Bose or Air.

Thanks, that is the issue really. I listened to both stereos side by side at OPC and wasn’t convinced there was a huge difference.
Technical guys tell me that ride quality (in terms of rough road, potholes etc) is entirely dealt with by PASM and air is about handling - I just want a comfy ride…

I would go for the air simply because it will enhance your driving experience. You can can then spend a couple of quid on some Decals and only you and the 500 on this list will know you haven't got Bose

and here’s the issue. You really must drive both. For me it’s difficult to say air enhances the driving experience when it makes me want to hurl. I appreciate this absolutely wont be the case for everyone.

Another vote for air. I think it is whats makes the ride in a Macan so equipped so special and ride comfort is something that is a benefit on every trip

I suffer from motion sickness terribly. But not driving my GTS. It’s incredibly comfortable in normal mode. For me.
