I have just purchased a 2014 Macan Turbo with 45,000 miles on the clock. The car seems immaculate inside and out and comes with a 2 year Porsche warranty from the Porsche dealer. At this age/mileage are there any particular issues I should look out for?

Congrats on your new car, 45k isn’t a big mileage for the age and you have a 2 year Porsche warranty which is a good thing.
if you have one, pano roof leaks mainly due to blocked drain holes. Easily checked.
There are several other threads on differing subjects, worth just trawling through as a general read, preferably with a cup of coffee to hand.
Welcome and enjoy the forum, lots of good info on here.

Welcome and congrats on the new car.
I have had my Gen 1 Turbo for 4 months now, bought at 40,000 miles and have put on 5,000 enjoyable miles since.
Was hoping for some cheapish motoring for a while as it had 4 new tyres and a service prior to collection. However, I’ve just had to replace pads and discs front and rear so a reasonably hefty bill. Your car is similar mileage, so if the discs are still original, would be worth understanding how much life you have left.
