Macan S Diesel 2017
If it has 21” wheels then Col’s estimate is realistic. I haven’t bought tyres for 18 months, but the last set of Michelin were £800 odd from memory. And that was with £100 Costco discount.
June 2017 Macan GTS in Carmine red with 21” gloss black sport classics, GTS leather package, Air, PASM, PDLS+, pano roof, Sports Chrono, 18 way seats, BOSE, surround view, heated seats front and rear, carbon side blades and carbon interior package.
Of course!!!! Another of the joys of 18" wheels that's now in my past, reasonable tyre prices

Great, some brilliant advice from everyone!!
Porsche Sheffield have just made a P/X offer for my car against the Macan which I'm going to accept subject to confirming the following questions that you have all pointed out - the car is a 2017 with 44K miles so should the PDK have been serviced at 4 years old or at 40K miles? MOT is due in December so are they obliged to test it before I purchase,
I've checked the Porsche website with the VIN and no outstanding recalls on there.
It doesn't have ACC.
They're closed until Tuesday so some questions will have to wait......
Thanks again

Turbo has 20” wheels and a set of four cost me £1000 in 2021 at my OPC.Neil1911 wrote: ↑Fri Aug 25, 2023 6:28 pm I have the greatest respect for most of Col's posts but £1000+ for tyres is scare mongering! August last year I had two new fronts at Sheffield OPC for £307.20. Previously had all 4 replaced in 2020 for £485.67 (not at an OPC). Tyres for a diesel, I believe, require a lower speed rating than for my petrol S so could be cheaper!
Previously on two occasions I have had to have a single tyre replaced, £230 each c2017 and c2019.
Kwik Fit and OPC charged the same but after watching the Kwik Fit bodger doing the job there is no way on the planet that I would be stupid enough to let some brain dead semi trained labourer loose on any ally wheels of mine.

+1 For twenty inch wheels Michelin Sport Latitude 3's N approved Blackcicles are currently £290 each for front and £300 each for rear. Even with a 10% off current deal that is £1062 for a setCol Lamb wrote: ↑Sun Aug 27, 2023 12:05 amTurbo has 20” wheels and a set of four cost me £1000 in 2021 at my OPC.Neil1911 wrote: ↑Fri Aug 25, 2023 6:28 pm I have the greatest respect for most of Col's posts but £1000+ for tyres is scare mongering! The speed and load rating of tyres approved for the Macan is entirely based on wheel soze, engine size or fuel type doesn't come into it. For 20" wheels, £1,000 for a set of four is a realistic estimate.Neil1911 wrote: ↑Fri Aug 25, 2023 6:28 pm I have the greatest respect for most of Col's posts but £1000+ for tyres is scare mongering! This is the second post pointing out my error SINCE I admitted it and sought forgiveness and grovelled in my 18" delusion, can we let it lie now?
