£1700 to collect the car yourself and save them the trouble of shipping it??

What next? Supermarkets where you select, scan and bag yourself?

I understand there are also fewer and fewer petrol stations with attendant service.....

My local Shell has an old boy who will fill up for you. I'd rather do it myself but after making the effort to walk over to my car I felt obliged to let him do it and I gave him a pound!

That was my first job many moons ago - don't remember anyone giving me a pound Smile

Worth it for a pound though LOL

Never mind, if you decided to go back to your old job it might be a Euro you're given LOL

It was a loooooong time ago but I probably did get a few "keep the change". Don't think it was as much as a pound though as petrol was roughly a pound a gallon. These were the days Big smile

p.s. lets hope it's not a Euro Confused

I purchased these Key covers:

http://www.ebay.co.uk/itm/Key-Cover-for ... SA:GB:1123

Main dealers quoted me £160 for the cover so decided to purchased from above seller for £12 each, bought 2 covers.

Love the covers :D , easy to fit and great quality. Really does transform the key giving a authentic custom appearance.

Money Well Spent !
