Yep, that would have been the one.... maybe it will come back and I can have it next time!
Order placed - roll on November (December?)
Ok - trip to dealer to see extended leather and listen to stereos and see privacy glass...
So that's 1400 added and 800 removed.... what did I say about not increasing the spend???

You may regret Β£800 and Not Β£1400 once you have finished
All personal choice but certainly worth a trip..

It doesn't look like that in real life - passed one on the M1 a couple of months ago (with black 21" classics) and it looked stunning - just not me!Wing Commander wrote: βTue Jul 25, 2017 10:14 pm

It's one of those colours that looks very different in differing lights. I know.
Like bright Guards Red in the sunshine and like a more subtle scarlet/maroon in others.
And Agate is a great colour too.

That really doesn't look like any Carmine Red I've seen in the flesh. I like how it looks a bit darker in that image though.
My neighbour had an Agate Grey Macan and it looks great.

I'll be wrapping mine, gives you a much wider choice of colours and protects the original paintwork.Isleaiw wrote: βTue Jul 25, 2017 5:13 pm
My biggest disappointment is the exterior colours - ideally I would have a rich metallic red (ruby red in BMW individual or Fusion Red in the new XC60) , with a nice Agate Grey interior. Given the poor options, I've worked backwards from what I wont have to see what is left! Not white or black - too much like hard work to look after, not red - I reserve that for smaller sportier cars, Sapphire is a bit bright for me - so Silver or Grey. Volcano looks a bit dark and half my cars seem to have been silver so Agate for a change - plus the one in Porsche Mayfair looked very good....
I'll post a few pictures when done to horrify / delight everyone!

If I remember, there was an option to spec any colour that you want? Just bring in the colour and they'll match it, no?

From what I remember, it's a Β£3K option and a longer wait.happy days wrote: βWed Jul 26, 2017 9:37 am If I remember, there was an option to spec any colour that you want? Just bring in the colour and they'll match it, no?
