Yep! Along with Wilton deep pile carpet and a bottle of Moët in the glove compartment! 8-)

Ha ha! I nearly put that!

...although having Googled it (geek alert) it looks like Bond drank almost every champagne, except Moët  :ugeek:

Veering even more off topic (bad WingCo!) I saw today that TOP555 have a smart looking 1969 silver DB6 Mark II with 220 miles on the clock ( ) for only £489,950!

And yes, I know that Bond drove a DB5 ;)

FACELIFT
....further online research tells me that the Macan is about undergo a facelift. We all know that some facelifts are minimalist and barely worthwhile. But what do you guys know about the one planned for the Macan and when is it going to happen?
Thanks in anticipation.
Being an impatient type, I decided to do my own facelift ......... window tints all round - I ordered standard glass with this in mind - only a 30% tint - enough to make a difference but not enough to attract plod. Difficult to show the effect in a photo.
An analogue clock, it fits over the compass perfectly, I couldn't find a better colour and of course its not lit up - why should the US get one and we don't.
A subtle change to the rear, it was either this or remove all the 'Macan S' lettering, less can be more.
New Continental summer tyres all round, rather than shell out for new 20" wheels & tyres.
So my facelift has happened, probably almost as much as Porsche will do, at least externally.
Photos not in the right order but at least they're upright.

Do you really drive around with that clock on your dash? Thought you were joking when I first saw your original post about this. :P

All other mods look good, IMO. :)

So Wing Co, you remember my original post? Once seen can't be unseen. I tried it on my SD that had a compass, I must admit it wasn't a great look. I just added the photo in again this time, to test reaction. The S has neither compass or Sp Chrono, but I would have liked like an analogue clock to break up the flat dash. I saw the red S on several 2 seaters and sourced the small one a few days ago, I might remove the whole 'Macan S' one day, less can be more.

I know what you mean about 'Less is more'. I de-badged my Macan and Panamera - gives a cleaner look and makes it a bit easier to clean & dry.

Is the red 'S' a Porsche item?
