how brown is the agate grey leather on the dash and steering wheel? Do you have any pics of it against the night blue? I've not managed to see one in the flesh... Lolz at the 'handbrake'!
Agate Grey interior - The lighting makes a difference to the tone, but here are two of my Rhodium Silver SD.

There are some very nice 17 plate Turbos around for only a few K more than the price I paid for my new SD. I must admit, the torque delivery is very addictive and really suits the car, but a little more rev range would be nice, so I can only imagine the Turbo to be pretty impressive?

Here is one view Mr M - it does show the inclusion of Pebble stitching

and one with the summer boots

scottmac - I have considered the Turbo, but I'd want the PP with a few toys which looks like another ยฃ10k over and above the GTS, and feels like it might be overkill? Are you suggesting that it would be more sensible than going for a heavily specc'd GTS?

SAC/ wallaby - thanks so much for the pics - very helpful and your cars look fab! Funnily enough I was passing porsche mayfair yesterday and they had a Macan SD in the showroom with the Agate/ Pebble interior. It was lovely but not for me I think so looks like it'll be black or red (red I think would mean a change to volcano grey outside)

Wing Commander I'll try to post a pic of the toy...

Hi there Mr Moley. Colours are always a difficult choice. and very personal. Porsche don't help offering only two light interiors, pebble grey seats with a brown dash or a beige that's quite orange but at least with a black dash, but don't offer the lighter Mojave Beige/Black available on the Cayenne.

My first Macan was 'Dark' blue with the grey pebble/agate dash. When I first saw the dash in the showroom (it was an ex demo car) it was obviously brown depsite the protestations of Mrs B and the SE and I really didn't like it, but did like the excellent visual impact of the full pebble leather & contrasting stitching. After a while I never noticed it. If you do go for Pebble, why not add the Carbon Fibre St Wheel, White dials and Red belts, you say you aren't bothered about coloured belts but the visual impact would be good.

This picture shows the wheel & dash in real world lighting. I took it because of the prat who parked too close to that Macan in a very empty car park.

I had Bose in the SD and added it to the S, I appreciate the sound and better bass; we added Air after a test drive in an Air car, albeit on 21's but on my 19's it's sublime for long distance with lots of weight on board. On my own it's quite firm enough for me on Chassis Sports +, in Sport and low setting. The car lowering is not something I have to use for Mrs B, having changed from 18 way seats on the SD with their high side bolsters to 14 ways and the flatter profile which make entry & exit so much easier. We find them just as comfy, hardly used the extra 4 adjustments anyway.
The Speed Limit display is the only 'driver aid' for me.
I went without Power Steering Plus, reasoning that it could be added later if required as a software upgrade, however I don't need it even with my puny withered OAP biceps, perhaps I would on 21's.
Even having the luxury of speccing the new car how I thought I wanted it, there are several items I wish I had added and would change, I may get it right on Macan No3.
