Playing catchup after a couple ofvweeks away due to IT issues.

Great choice with the GTS.

Personally I would never go with seats of limited adjustments.

The 14 way and 18 way are identical in seat back, in squab, in the squab length adjustment and most importantly in the lumber support. The only difference is the physical size of seat back and squab bolsters, which are fully adjstable but still to me even fully off the 18 way seats are a bit to snug a fit for my liking, but its how it suits the drivers of your GTS. If in doubt upgrade from 8 way.

After having PASM only in my SD and Air in my Turbo and having driven a Turbo PP with air (same suspension as a GTS) then I would always specify Air in any Macan.

20” Spyders are great wheels, just a pain to clean, but you do soon get a working technique sorted.

Enjoy the wait as best you can but do go to the PEC to test a GTS to its limits and beyond.

Good to have you back, Col. :)

Not sure that Porsche want us driving their cars beyond their limits at PEC though! Could be expensive! ;)

If you have not driven off the circuit onto the grass you, or rather me, was not trying hard enough.

Keep foot planted when understeering around the bend that leads to the acceleration straights and a Macan will eat up the grass with the only drama being the Instructors knuckles going white.
