What I would include as a minimum:-
PASM
Xenons
14/18 way seats
PS+
20” wheels.

That is it, a comfortable, great riding and great handling Macan with just a few extras.

Now you are unlikely to find many Macans without most of the above so you should be good to go.

I totally agree with the others a petrol S is a great choice.

One thing I suggest is that you buy a Macan with the updated PCM as with this minor upgrade other things happened, rear seat heating controls became standard, Apple Car Play was intriduced, mobile phone connection became standard, the PCM screen became a little larger, the standard entertainment system changed and it improved in quality (negating the need to upgrade). The original sound system was nit the best and the Bose upgrade was only just OK without a few essential tweaks to the system hence getting a Macan with the PCM upgrade is a key element.

The best advice I can give you is go to a OPC and arrange for a loaner for the day, an extended test drive can pick up on specifics.

One of our members did just that and drove the loaner from Leeds to Lincoln and back for an extended test drive and also so he and his Wife could attend a Macan meet up that we had arrangedjust outside Lincoln.

What about petrol Macan S models, given your likely driving pattern, as discussed above?
