Welcome.
Be warned buying a Porsche is habit forming
You should find the engine very similar as it is the same one just slightly less power than the Q5 TDi
The air shocks give a great ride both the ride and handling will be light years better than the Q5.
Enjoy.

I thought the Q5 3.0 D was “ only” 240 bhp to the Macan’s 260....?

Hi Spook, my car is coming from Solihull, long story nearly bought the blue one at Chester but it has sidesteps which is couldn’t get on with, kept hitting my leg on them each time I gout in and out.
I will post a comparison between the Macan and Q5, I thought the power was slightly less, don’t get me wrong the Q5 diesel does have some go in it but it steers like a barge, the steering always feels so wooden, my view anayway.

I was just wondering which OPC as there is a 11:00 pickup before me at Wilmslow ( I currently live about a mile from Keele University).
I'm sure you will enjoy the Macan experience
Nice little run down and if you use the M6 toll road, watch out for the boys in blue as its one of their favourite spots.
