Welcome to the forum.

Sounds like you have all the files in 1 folder?
Separate them into additional folders and should be fine.

That’s the only logical reason I can think of.

Thanks for the replies. I have gone back over the details. This is the spec' I bought:

Sapphire Blue Metallic
Black leather package with partial leather seats (I guess the dash makes full leather like BMW...seats are all leather, that's the key bit)
Sports tailpipes in black
Lane change assist
Light comfort package
Driver memory package
Seat heating (front)
Porsche crest embossed on headrests
BOSE
Roof rails in black
Power steering plus
21 inch 911 Turbo Design Wheels
Porsche logo and model designation painted
LED main headlights (PDLS plus)
ParkAssist
Panoramic roof system
Privacy glass

I liked the spec and the stance the car took on those monster wheels. A few days in and it gets better and better. Lovely build quality.

Right...audio:

It definitely only reads 1000 tracks. from USB. I have tried a different batch of 1000 tracks and as long as I don't exceed this limit, they all play...so format is not the issue.

I copied 1000 to the Jukebox and the tried to copy another 1000...no dice...no capacity...really? The first batch was worth 4GB only. This is an allegedly 40GB hard drive.

I'm going in on Friday to have them sort it. Not really acceptable...should be plug and play, 100%.

I'll let you know the outcome and solution. I won't post up pics as it is basically a blue Macan and you all know what it looks like. Lol.

Mmm, I wonder if there is other stuff already on the Jukebox. Are you using USB rather than SD? (I use a 128Gb SD card).

What software version do you have?

Pretty disappointed with this sound system. I have tried everything, every variation of input and file organisation, every slot. Will only ever look at the first 1000 songs. Really poor.

The PCM is very fussy about the format of MP3 files.

Unfortunately the quality of ripped data from a music CD varies considerably.

My music has had all the content files checked and corrected using MP3TAG and they are organised into a folder structure like you get with ripped music in Windows Music folder. I have well over 10,000 files and they play very well.

If you can post more info and images of your problem then we may be able to help more.
Do read the content of my previous.

Especially the last sentance.

We cannot help if you do not provide information.

Additionally what year is your Macan?

Images of the PCM including the ons reen version number will help us.
