We had a Macan meet in Lincoln on April 2016 and one guy who used to be a member here came in his new Macan
Full beige interior
He loved it, and that is all that matters but sitting in it the reflection of the dash on the screen was not something that I would want myself
Interior choices
Another interior from the Lincoln meet
Must admit that this caused me a bit of concern, as I had arrived in my SD which had the same garnet partial interior but this was a very different colour to mine and I did not like it.
My concern was that I had just placed an order for my Turbo and specified garnet partial again and was dreading that it would arrive coloured like this.

Just to comment on your prediction that Pebble Grey trim will get grubby: my car is over 3 years old and has done more than 32k. Apart from the occasional wipe with Wilco Leather wipes the trim has had no attention and still comes up as good as new. My car is Sapphire Blue and the combination looks pretty good (but I would say that wouldn't I ).nozydog wrote: ↑Mon Nov 26, 2018 3:31 pmI disagree... I had a Cayman in Sapphire Blue with Agate interior (with pebble seat centres/arm rests) and it looked absolutely stunning!! Although looking at the Macan configurator it's only the dash top, door tops & steering wheel that are Agate, the whole seats and lower door cards are pebble, which will get grubby real quick in my opinion!Col Lamb wrote: ↑Mon Nov 26, 2018 1:28 pm Neither.
The Pebble grey is part of the two tone selection and the Agate Grey which is part of this combo has a very brown hue, see it in sunlight and it really is brown. It will clash very badly with your midnight blue paintwork.
It is a pity that Pebble Grey with Black dash etc is not available as a standard extra
The Mojave really isn't 'grandad' beige either, it's actually more like what BMW used to call 'dark oyster' which was an option with their (now scrapped) 'modern' trim in the outgoing F30! Mojave actually looks really nice to me.
Personally Agate grey is the only interior I'd get in a Porsche... I love it as it is less drab than the ubiquitous black but still dark enough to hide grubby marks! It really isn't brown either, the configurator actually shows the hue pretty accurately, I'd say it's more a dark stone colour!
All I'd say is, whatever you go for will look stunning.... Porsche don't do naff interiors!!

My interior, it seems strange that you are not allowed to both recognize the brown in Agate...and still like it.
I've had no problems with staining of the pebble seats. But I am using GTechniq Leather Guard, and I don't wear jeans, though my most frequent passenger...Expired Porsche code PJVNAUH5 Rhodium SD Agate & Pebble
When you challenged the two salesmen to explain why, in detail, why they recommended those options, what did they say?
Otherwise, №1 sounds like he's reading from a script and №2 sounds like he just wants to relieve you of a bit more money.
Only your arse can decide which is best for you on the roads you travel on with your driving style.
Personally, I've driven 20 and 21 extensively (both on air) but also tried 18 and 19 without, and I'd probably go 20+air if I was choosing again (but have PASM damping in S most of the time).
Poor damping control/flexibility (no PASM) and large sidewalls (on 18), make for a nausea-inducing ride on faster journeys for me, although makes for a much nicer ride at slower speeds on bumpier roads.
