Morning all,

Coming out of a 911 into something more practical. Take delivery of my Macan GTS next Saturday and looking forward to it.

Please prepare for stupid questions!

Will sus out how to post pics once i have it.

Welcome.

Congrats on a great purchase.

A tip for collection, get the SE to log into the Porsche system and using the VIN number it wll then show the exact specification including the Extras that is fitted to the GTS.

Also when you are taking images of the outside and inside of the car take one of the PCM screen with it showing the installed software version numbers.

Third task is back home uploading images here, click on the Full Editor and you get the icon bar with a B on the left, one of the icons is of an Image, click on that to start up the image selection and upload.

The Macan GTS is an awesome car but it isn't a sports car; you may find it takes you a while to adjust.

Well... it kind of is, it'll certainly out handle any other 'high riding' car on the planet! :D

Well, it kind of isn't. Actually no it simply isn't a sports car. It is, however, a sporty SUV and, yes, I would agree that it is probably the best handling SUV around and manages to be supremely comfortable at the same time. Hence my comment that it is an awesome car :)

+1. If returning to the Macan fold in the future, I think the GTS is the model I'd prefer. :)
