Thanks folk, just some additional info, it was purchased from an independent T H Bohler, it had 400 miles on the clock and I have since put 1500 miles on it so it’s stull a sub 2000 mile car. Should a transfer box be playing up this early in its life? It’s a 2018 plate car.
Cheers

If you take it to a Porsche Centre, they should be able to tell straight away if it's a transfer box issue.

Did you buy your TPP from an official Porsche Centre?

If you did go back to them and get them to reset the self learning system, if not ask where you bought it from if they can do it. If they cannot then a Porsche dealer can reset it for you the reset will result in a smoother drive. Ask the dealer to check the tracking and condition of linkages whilst it is there.

That then should result in a smoother drive.

Coasting is a function of all Porsche cars with a PDK gearbox.

If you set the engine and gearbox in Sport mode it will provide more of a driving experience that you are seeking.
+1 on the PDK reset, and coasting can be easily turned off by turning off stop / start

I dunno. The OP says the symptoms are whilst on the turn. Normal wheel scrub?

Again, thanks for the advice fellow Macan owners.

Another thing, yesterday a warning light came up saying put a litre of oil in ... poss. to drive on.

After 2000 miles. Do these things burn a little oil ?

My bikes do but they are making over 200bhp/litre at the rear wheel so 122 at the crank isn’t a massive state of tune.

Oil warning at 2000 miles does seem a bit premature....they do consume (like all cars today) but worth keeping a close watch.

I agree, I have a turbo (not pp), first time I had warning light to add 1 litre was at 14k, service/oil change then at 20k. Now at 29k with no further oil required, I will check the level as I suspect it should be getting close to a top up.
May be nothing other than just settling in, sometimes with new engines it's the case. Would as Paul says, keep an eye on it.

Yes, it does seem early in its life, I haven’t given it a hard time, maybe the initial owner caned it for its first 495 miles.

What oil are we preferring in here?
