Re Macan. Check out the size for all the clobber you’ll need. We’ve just brought Mrs away for one night with the dog and it was full to the rafters! My current shape AMG would have swallowed the lot.

Fantastic car it is though - almost run it in now which I sort of forgot on the slip road when a Range Rover tried to overtake me !

I nearly said I’ll offer £20 then I thought, no.

Once I got into one it would take the Fire Service Rescue squad to lift me out.

I think I've lost the amount of times if clouted my head on the door when getting in/ out! Looks fun, but is a bit of a pain!!

Now the owner of a Macan Turbo I had pretty much decided before I got there, but the test drive confirmed it! The car was ready to take away today as well.

The first thing that struck me was how impeccably built and well finished the car is inside, I didn't realise it would have leather covering everything, and the alacantara roof too! Makes for a special place to sit.

The steering feel is very impressive for such a car, especially in sport mode, the ride quality on air is fantastic too (the GF will be pleased) as the i8 had a very harsh ride!

It certainly goes well for such a heavy car, this is my first PDK car. It does seem quiet for such a beast if a car, woukd be interested try it with the windows down,

I'm looking forward to getting to know the car better, with some nicer weather, will post some pics if it ever stops raining!

Cameron sports cars were brilliant, they also mad an amazing selection of cars, including a 997 GT3
