Hi everyone,

I have just picked up a Macan S diesel!

I will be dechroming the window trim and tinting the windows. Then considering a remap or a race chip but I’m not 100% sure on this yet!

Great vehicle!

It has plenty of torque, what do you expect from the racing chip?

Hey, I guess I’m just used to more and I’ve remapped pretty much every car I’ve had for various reasons. I’ll be interested to hear the thoughts from people who have used the tuning boxes as I’ve never used one before... I’ve read good and bad.

I put the TDI tuning box in mine a couple of months ago. It’s superb!

Hey!

Good to hear, I feel like there is almost turbo lag up to around 2.5k rpm and I have to change down a gear frequently to get what I want out of it. It also seems to change up gears really quickly instead of holding on to a gear, even in sport mode! From research it sounds like this could be an ecu software amendment it’s had because of the diesel scandal.

Anyway, the windows are being tinted on Wednesday :)!
