Hi Everyone,

I have a MY2019 Cayenne - has been a great car. Have it for another 11 months when it will go back (contract comes to an end). So, has got me thinking what next for around £30-34K. We now only run one car & needs to be practical. Love the Cayenne but road tax currently £460 & will only get worse. The macan is certainly on the short list along with the new shape X3 M40d/M40i which will be within budget by the time I change. Hoping to get some useful advice on here.

Road tax on a Macan will be exactly the same as the Cayenne. I suppose if you bought an old enough Macan it would be part of the older tax rates which would be a bit less, but the newer cars will drop to £145 after five years.
