I think that you should be able to get £35,000 from an independent dealer without too much trouble. I would suggest putting it on Autotrader at £39,000 and see how you get on

As an ex-911 owner, I can confirm that OPC will absolutely low ball unless they have a desperate need for the car (buyer waiting). They offered £36k for my last 911, then I listed at £49k and sold privately within 4 days for £47k.
I doubt it's any different for Macans. The market is very buoyant right now. I think you'll find a private sale fairly easily.
