For Sale - Macan S SD PDK 67 2017

Hi All

Regrettably I'm putting up for sale my 2017 Macan SD. I've had it for just over two years. Brought from London dealer 6 months used. Full service, never been to a car wash, always washed by hand at home. No dents/scratches on the car. Two of the the alloys have a couple of blemishes, nothing deep, however Porsche sending someone to sort them out.

Warranty until late November 2020. The option is there to extend it if you want. Just had interim service, brake fluid and oil change. New addition to the family forces a change of vehicle.

It doesn't have BOSE, however the standard speakers are great IMO. I had a cayenne with BOSE and these are just as good. So don't let the lack of BOSE put you off. I'm posting here before i get a chance to put on AutoTrader over the weekend.

It’s probably worth what you are asking if you stick two years warranty on it. The new owner cannot extend the warranty in November as it wouldn’t have been owned for 90 days.

Lovely example and I do think there are still diesel buyers out there.

For a private sale with no extended warranty consider £35-36k as a good outcome. Porsche dealers are always most expensive, if you try to sell it back through them there will be app £8k difference between their offer to you and their sale price! but customers are paying for the comfort/experience and the extra 2 year warranty. You could pay for the inspection and put an extra years Porsche warranty on yourself, as a prospective buyer would have to have owned for 90 days before they could do same. However, you may not get all that additional cost back in the final sale price. Good luck

Approach an OPC. My car is almost identical to yours and my OPC have approached me 3 times to sell it. 'Maybe', in these uncertain times, they may drop their margins? Even so, I think you will be lucky to see £34k for it? Good luck.

You won’t get anything like your asking price from an OPC so wouldn’t waste any time. Their offers are generally derisory due to the huge markups they need. Yes they advertise wanting cars but at their prices so they can generate profits.
