As far as I'm aware there has been no change in Gen 1, Gen 2 and even Gen 3 in boot floor pan, as that would require complete different body panel pressing which definitely has not happened or changed.

Ok let me see if I can be down your way for work meetings to make the travel work for pickup as I’m on the south coast near Portsmouth but I’ve just purchased a Gen 2 Macan Turbo and don’t like the idea of not having a spare

I think you may find the turbo with its bigger brakes needs the 19-inch spare wheel?

Having Just checked on old specs listed on here. A turbo had 18" Space saver. Even looking at a 2020 GTS spec that also had 18" space saver.
But please double check for your own peace of mind.

I think it has varied by Generation and Model year. Certainly, for 2019 Gen 2 the configurator forced me to 19 inch on the spec I have saved

I understood it to be Wheel size as you should't run a space saver more than 2" smaller than your other wheels: ie: 18" to 20" = 18" s/saver. 21" = 19" s/saver. As the new GTS has 21" wheels they only put on the configurator 19" s/saver, but on the S on configurator you have a choice of either 18" or 19" dependent on your chosen wheel size, the actual depth of wheel does not change. But as said best that any prospective buyer should double check for their own peace of mind.

space saver size depends on the brakes you have. The fancy brakes have bigger discs, so bigger spare wheel.
