i doubt i’ll match the fit, finish or quality of a porsche in my next car.

In my career i saw lots of Astons, Bentleys etc, porsche is the only ‘mass’ manufacturer that comes close!

+1 on that. The engine to my bucket list V8V gave way big time, at 15k miles. Never ever have an Aston without a Timeless warranty unless you are a serious gambler. God only knows how much it cost to replace it.

I worked on AM projects in the 80s, 90s, 00s... big hand built kit cars, but oozed luxury as did later Bentleys that we tested with options far beyond Porsche's offerings, would you like a champagne cooler in the boot sir?

I've decided after six months of ownership it time to part company with my Macan S. It's an excellent car, but its just not my cup of tea, and I feel its better to sell now than wait my usual 3-4 years.
