75 litre fuel tank
PDK
Porsche Active Suspension Management
Porsche Torque Vectoring Plus
Sport chrono
19-inch Macan Turbo wheels
Lane change assist
Automatically dimming interior and exterior mirrors
Comfort memory package (14-way)
Seat heating (front)
Side airbags in rear
Speed limit indicator
Mechanical roll-up sunblind for rear side windows
Smoker package

Sounds lovely and high spec for an S, like many private ads (and with respect) the price seems very ambitious given I bought a Turbo with more spec and similar miles for less.

Saying that good luck with the sale

Sounds like you got a very good deal as I checked other listings on multiple sites and it is ball park. I have also had a P/X offer close to, however I really don’t need a replacement at the moment. Having said that prices are rarely fixed

Have you run it through WBAC? My local OPC recently offered me 42k for a Macan GTS purchased in Mar 17 for £67k; quite a few options and 8500 miles on the clock. This was as a p/ex against a £100k + car. If you can get 55k for an S in this market, bite their hand off. WBAC offered 4k more than the OPC and a specialist Porsche purchaser offered 5k more than the OPC.

The OPC called me back this week to ask if I had made a decision on the new purchase..........

I don’t want to say too much more, but having been through the process recently I don’t get some private prices

This was my second choice car:

Anyway yours sounds like a very nice spec car (bar the garnet but that’s just me) and low miles - good luck

As Adam B has said, your price does sound a little ambitious. I’ve been looking for around 6 weeks and if I’m buying privately I don’t expect to be paying more than dealer prices. You are right in that there are some cars advertised around at those kinda figures - but they’re not selling. The only exception I’ve noted is dealers in London and surrounding areas seem to be a little more expensive and they also seem to be shifting the cars but I guess they have a larger audience.
I’m in the market for a GTS and I wouldn’t pay £55k for a private car with similar spec. There is a London based one just now with less than 10k miles on a 17 plate and the guy is willing to take a shade over £50k for it.
Fun ICE car - TBC...I’m working on it!!
Daily Grunt - 2020 Peugeot e208 GT
SOLD - 2017 Macan GTS
Volcano Grey, Air, 21” Turbos, Pan Roof, Carbon Interior and a few more luxuries...

Similar OPC car with lower miles, £48k

OK it has a few less toys but comes with a 2 year warranty and all the comfort and advantages of buying from an OPC. Pricey sales need to be cheaper than OPC.

Thanks all for reminding me why I don’t go onto forums anymore. I thought it would be quite simple, if you are not interested then don’t worry about it. If you are interested but think the price is too high then offer something you feel is right.

So, if the collective thought is that this is too much then let the thread die.

To be fair Epoc this Forum is of course an assortment of individuals own opinions but equally from their own experiences it is packed with good sound advice for many.

Adam B - I am looking for a Macan Turbo and was wondering if you could please let me know where you brought yours from as all the ones I have seen have been priced way too high 😕

Thank you for your time and I look forward to hearing from you.

Kind regards and best wishes,
Mark
