Sensible price for a good spec GTS,how the prices for Macans is dropping now there’s plenty on the market,my first one a SD which I waited 15 months for and didn’t loose to much on it ,second one a GTS lost a bigger % ,now seems the bottoms dropping out of them especially with the new model on the market.

...although a 65% residual after 3 years and 35000 miles would be the envy of many other manufacturers...

Exactly - 50% on 3 years was the norm
We have had a 5 Year bubble of credit induced support, things are just normalising, and a lot of silly Classic prices will go pop soon IMHO (not Macan).
Refreshing to see a good spec private sale at a realistic price, good luck

Yes I agree the whole car market is returning to normal and Macan is still a slow depreciating premium SUV percentage-wise but there is going to be substantial cash depreciation in pounds figures.
the bigger danger is the forthcoming recession further hitting prices of vehicles and ultimately the financial position of lenders as resale values built into PCP calculations not achieved. That in turn creating further economic problems. All to be solved by Boris's optimism ah ah!!
There has been an element Macan prices due to short supply in the period just after the introduction and with last summer's factory shutdown and that element was never going to last.

although, turn that around....if (and I do say “if” despite the doom-mongers out there)...if new car prices go up by 10% in November, used cars will necessarily follow and firm up.

If XR falls then VAG will hike the UK prices having the same effect as tariffs
(which will be outweighed by any massive UK recession of course)
Anyway - apologies OP, this was you car advert many moons ago
