Work? Oh yes! I remember that. Now if I hadn't been so busy enjoying myself and not keeping up with the forum I could've picked it up for you. Too late now obviously but no doubt it was worth the wait, yes?

Just had a call from Perth OPC and my GTS has been built and is awaiting shipment to the UK, so it would appear that the supply issue are starting to get resolved !!

Probably around 21 days from build completion to arrival at the OPC. This time next month you should be out and about enjoying it. The A93 from Perth to Ballater is a fantastic road to get the feel of the car. Watch out for the motorcyclists though.

We spent a week touring Scotland a couple of years ago, where we travelled from Edinburgh to Inverness to Fort William to Glasgow, and I agree some of the roads are epic. Similar in a lot of ways to those near us in Snowdonia.

Hoping to spend some time in Scotland when we collect, as long as the dates align with my wife’s leave 🙄.

I had a call yesterday to tell me that my GTS, which was due to have been completed on Thursday last week (and was indeed showing that info on Thursday!), has now been pushed back to completion at factory of 30 Sept. It also seems unclear whether that means that my car had even been started or is now paused part way through due to the shortages. What I do take from it, though (apart from disappointment), is that there is definitely an issue with Porsche's ability to communicate with its customers - the OPC receiving an email from Porsche the day after my car was showing as due for completion is not reasonable - there would absolutely have been knowledge of this delay long before it was communicated. It's the first time I've been really quite unimpressed.

Will not that mean it is a next model build with the haptic interior and turbo engine? I would be asking OPC for clarification.
