Thanks for the feedback. Car booked in for a service, earliest date available is mid February cost £1215. Asked about tyres, they didn’t seem to care, if mine were still legal that was fine but they would offer less for the car, but if the car had just had new ones fitted they would up the trade in price appropriately. Still to agree a trade in price, aiming to sort that when they have seen it for its service.
As for options on the new GTS, I don’t have a heated steering wheel on my current car and don’t miss it at all, had one on a previous car, tried it once and never switched it on again. What I do miss is a heated windscreen so that’s definitely on the option list.
Worst thing on my current Macan is the headlights, how good are the current led lights is the upgraded version of them worth it?
Not 100% decided on the paint colour, current choice is the metallic silvery white, anyone know which colour is proving most popular, just curious. Wife is getting a new electric Mini next week and that is also silvery white so an almost matching pair has certain merits.

I bet you would not get the value back in the tyres if you put the new ones on so I’d leave it - they will put them on at cost.

I did replace the set of tyres a month before trade-in as I got a p/ex valuations with and without the change.

I had bi-xenon on my SD, but find the standard fit LEDs on the GTS better.

Just a few thoughts.

I had the Pebble/Agate interior on my SD and think it's fabulous but you have to give up the GTS interior if you spec it this time around. The GTS interior is available with the standard seats and the 18 way sports seats.

I don't know if the Macan heated windscreen is any better but I had it on my Cayenne and found it not in the same league as the Ford original. Unless you're in a desperate hurry to pull away from cold, the standard system is pretty good at clearing a frozen screen.

The OPC may well fit new tyres at cost but the price reduction to you could be closer to the retail cost of four tyres. I'd go with the recommendation to change them prior to trade in.

Check what's included in the quoted price for the four year service. I only paid around that for a service, plus brake fluid change and air con recharge and a PDK oil change. That was in 2019 though.

Had a call from the dealer today, build slot moved forward to April so soon need to finalise the spec.
So only changes I’m going to make are delete the rear seat heating and add the PDLS Plus headlight upgrade.
As mentioned I don’t like the heated wheel option although it seems very popular on here.
Had a chat with the salesman and he confirmed that if my tyres were still legal it wasn’t a problem and that I wouldn’t get back the money I spent on a new set in the trade in price. At the rate I’m going I’ll probably only do another 500 or so miles before April so unlikely to wear out the existing ones.

Well the OPC has put back the service twice now on the excuse of no courtesy car being available - I live about 70 miles away - so need one. In the meantime the front brake pad wear indicator has come on so thats another £700 or so on the bill. Should now be done next Monday so will then haggle the trade in value.
Spec for the GTS is now frozen as below. Awaiting exact build date info.
Hardly using the current Macan, doing all the short runs in my wife’s new electric Mini, it’s a great little run around, ideal around the lincolnshire country roads and pre-heated and toasty warm when you get in it, surprisingly fast too up to the legal limits!

Hi everyone from new member. Looking for a used petrol Macan. I can’t pm members as new to forum. I would like to ask bigbaldbloke if he is selling his car before trading in if I have understood his previous posts. Can someone be kind enough to forward my interest to this member if possible. Sorry for a big ask after only just joining.
