Thanks for all of the advice I've been given I have today locked my spec for a March-build Macan GTS.

Spec code is... http://www.porsche-code.com/PMLZLZ19

I chopped off a few things (storage pack, comfort lighting, surround parking) that individually were fairly inconsequential price-wise but did mount up, but am still delighted with my Spec and cannot wait for collection!!

Welcome to the club 😁 Lovely spec - crayon is just gorgeous 🥰

I think that’s about 4/5 of us waiting for our GTSes by spring.

Considering the rarity of the new one on the market, and it already being on the way out for the next update, it’d be amazing to have all of our MY21s in the same frame 😍 - though that most likely won’t be possible due to covid and practical considerations. 🤷🏻‍♂️

Great spec, we hopefully will all get our GTSs at roughly same time - cannot wait and let’s hope the restrictions are starting to lift

Thanks guys, anyone know a proper quality Detailer in the Glasgow area who could do a pre-collection correction and G-techniq (or similar) treatment?

Also a little bit nervous about the very light coloured crayon seatbelts. Has anyone treated theirs with any kind of sealant or repellant to minimise discolouration?

Nice spec, similar but not identical to my own, re the Crayon seat belts just need to ensure no dirty hand contact. Had pebble interior and belts on my previous car, four years no problem but you do need to be aware.

From friends in Scotland I’ve heard that AR Exclusive Car Care are excellent. I don’t think all detailers do pre-collection work at dealerships. If you ask around then, by my experience, I think you’ll find the ones that do seem to have established relationships with certain dealerships of certain brands.

My centre offered me their new car protection package for £1195 (Cheshire area) However, I was quoted marginally less (to my surprise) by my preferred detailer (Carttitude in Manchester if anyone’s interested), who are also excellent. They don’t work with the centre I managed to get a build slot at, but I’m happy to drive a handful of miles on collection day to get it done.

Lovely spec and I also like Crayon despite not being able to resist Carmine Red for my GTS delivered last October. Did you consider specifying the door handles in black? IMO they look great with both Crayon and Carmine but everything with Porsche is personal taste and there’s no right or wrong choices. Enjoy, you’ll absolutely love it.
