I suggest that you get a spare collapsable wheel @ £245
Its a life saver when you need it and it not really so expensive and snuggly hidden away.
If you have a puncture - getting the tyres fixed immediately or even replaced is a real damn headache.

+1. I added this to my spec after thinking how much fun it would be sitting in dome country lane for hours waiting for a new tyre. Even worse if the wheel us damaged and you need to go on a flat bed.
I honestly cannot think anyone would not spec a spare?
Haven't needed one for a puncture for myself since 1982 but was so happy that I had it then!!!
Spare on my Q3 was used last year on my mum's Q2 which had a can of hairspray in the boot!!!!

Apart from the landy I haven’t had a spare for quite a few cars, mainly because they aren’t even an option on a lot of new cars. My mini doesn’t have it as an option, nor did the Aston or the 335i BMW. That said, i have added it to the Macan. Its a good idea, just saying there aren’t that many cars where its even an option. Mainly they do the hairspray thing.Nelladrahcir wrote: ↑Tue Aug 31, 2021 5:56 pm I honestly cannot think anyone would not spec a spare?
