I ordered start of Aug 21, told mid Q2 initially. Now pushed to “at least” November 22. Due to three deliveries per quarter. I cancelled. Thinking of an RS4 or Alpina B3 estate instead. Both available from factory before June 22.

It's hard to imagine that the 3 per quarter allocation will apply to all OPC's. Which OPC were you with?

Problem you have are all dealers have different allocations and time scales. I changed from a s to gts last week. Called loads of dealers. Some expected 1 a month so saying over 12 months. Some expected loads. All based on their selling history. My local dealer sells 520 cars a year and I was 36th in line. Swapped to a dealership who sell 1000 cars a year and I’m 20th in line. Expected build of April, delivery May. But they quite that as worst case. Apparently flagship dealers have much bigger allocation of gts and put orders directly in with Porsche factory rather than awaiting an allocation.

How do you know who are flagship Porsche dealers ?

My OPC has had 6 allocated and waiting for Porsche to drip feed them more.. Not sure if OPC's actually know how many they will get each time it appears very erratic.

Incidentally, Where's Omni? I thought he would be rubbing our noses in this by now Only kidding Omni but surely it must be hard to resist as you will be bombing around in your S while I welcome in 2024 still waiting for my order
