When I went for the test drive I left the "exhaust" button in the off position and the car was fitted with acoustic glass. In normal driving I couldn't hear an engine noise , which is what I wanted for normal driving. Accelerating on joining a motorway - very throaty burble.
My cousin took me for a 10 minute drive in his Nissan 350Z a good few years ago and whilst the exhaust note, really raspy and loud, was fun for about the first couple of minutes , it soon became apparent that it wasn't a car you'd want to travel any distance in.
Subtle and not shouty then, but you know the powers there.Scooby_Doo wrote: ↑Sat Apr 08, 2023 10:23 pmWhen I went for the test drive I left the "exhaust" button in the off position and the car was fitted with acoustic glass. Car looks great btw...I like the chrome with the blue...bit like how well chrome works with agate.
You have a sports exhaust as well then?

No it hasn't got the sports exhaust, and you've made me think about which button the SE said to press to get a sportier exhaust sound. Someone else on here with an "S" will hopefuly clarify.AndyC160 wrote: ↑Sat Apr 08, 2023 10:57 pmSubtle and not shouty then, but you know the powers there.Scooby_Doo wrote: ↑Sat Apr 08, 2023 10:23 pmWhen I went for the test drive I left the "exhaust" button in the off position and the car was fitted with acoustic glass.
