Hi, we are due to collect our new Macan S in just over a weeks time, and our dealer advised yesterday that although we ordered the protective film (we have a dog and £47 seemed a no brainer), this option is no longer offered by Porsche UK.
A quick check on the configurator confirmed that it was still a very much an option and when challenged, the dealer SE has since said he will ‘sort something out” but am concerned that when it comes to collection, this will not have been fitted. Whilst we can always get a 3rd party retrofit it would be annoying to have to arrange, especially when we specifically ordered it.
Anyone else ordered this and had a similar experience recently ?

Just order one off Amazon and take it with you to collection. Attaches perfectly to velcro of fitted Macan carpet liner (as pictured) which can fit inside shallow Macan load liner (also pictured). Both were supplied FOC by our OPC.
Otherwise, comes with self-adhesive Velcro strip.
We had one in our BMW for 7 years with no signs of wear. Two dogs in and out daily.
