...then again, a Macan and a Panamera in the drive would be a nice family friendly combo...

I'm the Turbo, wife's (white) is SD.

Just got to work on her now to convince her it would be more sensible for me to have a 911 :)

Hi All,

Mrs Eclipse here! Thought I would say hello.

I love my car its pure bliss to drive. A breath of fresh air from my VW GTI, think this one is for keeps!!!! If anyone would like to help me name her any suggestions would be appreciated. Mr Eclipse wants to call HIM Derek the dirty diesel but i'm liking the name Crystal. Not too sure though.

I can't imagine having two very similar cars. Definitely a case for a 911 alongside the SD I would have thought.

We do fewer miles than that and our only car is a Macan. A Macan is a nice place to be (and if your wife is ferrying children, those miles may be done slowly and with lots of waiting). My only comment is that to me a diesel is not compelling for a life of short trips, vis a vis a 2l petrol.
If you go for a petrol as a second Macan, they'll need to be different colours to reduce the risk of putting petrol in the diesel.
